No two gatherings require exactly the same level of support. Instead of one-size-fits-all packages, Good Host offers flexible planning based on the time and expertise your celebration actually requires.
Planning begins at $1,000
Planning services are billed at $100/hour, with a $500 non-refundable booking retainer applied toward your planning fees.
Following your initial consultation, you'll receive a clear estimated planning range based on the size, scope and complexity of your event — so you have an understanding of the anticipated investment before planning begins.
Event-day management and additional event staffing are quoted separately.

Brittany spent the last decade selling and hosting events across 19 countries — from intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations — before bringing that experience home to Indianapolis. Hosting was never just a job. Growing up, her family's house was the one with the open door, always ready for a gathering and always looking for a reason to make an evening special.
That instinct is why she started Good Host. She knows firsthand how hard it is to actually enjoy your own party — there's always one more vendor to check on, one more detail pulling you out of the room. She works with clients from first idea to final execution, handling the logistics so the celebration comes together with ease. Good Host takes the hassle out of hosting — so next time, you get to be a guest at your own party.
